Terms & Conditions

Artwork Requirements

Email artwork to awards@kirk-matz.com. Some artwork may be subject to an artwork charge. Recommended formats are .eps, .ai, .tiff, .cdr and .jpg.

Proofs

A paper proof will be provided for all customized orders. Orders will not be processed until the artwork is approved. Failure to approve artwork in a timely fashion may cause delays and increased shipping costs.

Mold Fees

Fees for the creation of custom molds and sculptures are quoted upon request. Costs will vary depending upon the complexity of the logo.

Lead Time

Normal lead time is 2-3 weeks unless indicated on the product description.

Terms of Sale

All orders are subject to approval. All orders are subject to availability. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Freight

Terms are FOB factory. All orders are shipped UPS ground or common carrier unless otherwise requested.

Product Quality

Small bubbles chill marks, and other variations are common in crystal and glass and considered normal. These do not constitute product defects. Silver items may tarnish and require routine polishing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be accepted after product customization has begun or for special order products.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are prepayment by check or credit card. Net 30 is available for approved customers. A 50% deposit may be required for some orders.

Trademarks and logos

Use of trademarks and copyrights are the responsibility of the customer. The logos, designs and trademarks shown in this catalog have been produced as examples of the types of customization available. They are not presented for resale and are not intended as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner.

Sizes and Weights

All sizes and weights in this catalog are approximate. Because most items are handcrafted, slight size and color variations may occur.
